![]() ![]() The owners are super nice and accommodating. There is a tough but rewarding hike straight up hill from PH that runs into RNMP. My 18 and 21 year olds loved playing shuffle board and tether ball. The property sits right on fall creek which lulls you to sleep every night. It's small, but all appliances are present with the exception of a dishwasher. There are 2 full bathrooms and hot water never seemed to be an issue. There are also 2 pullout couches and a futon in the sunroom. It had 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms. There are 12 cabins with the "Lodge" being the largest. The cabins are all meticulously cared for and there’s some thing for everyone. After much searching we found Pine Haven. We started to look for accommodations in September. We knew we wanted to stay in Estes Park on those dates close to RMNP. Three generations, ages 18-64 visited Estes Park and stayed at Pine Haven July 5-9. ![]() They do not allow dogs, but that is understandable and minor. The only thing I would change is their pet policy. Each cabin has a nice balcony, where we sat and saw cool birds, wild turkeys, and many chipmunks. It was amazing! We also saw a huge black bear, which walked through the area and bothered no one. We did this hike and saw some beautiful views. ![]() There is a wonderful hiking trail that goes into Rocky Mountain National Park that starts right at the cabin. The people who run the place are wonderful and helped us with suggestions for hikes, things going on in the area, and places to eat. The wifi was spotty, and we didn't have phone receptions, but we didn't mind. Each cabin has a small kitchen with a full sized fridge and most of the kitchen essentials needed to cook. This place was excellent! The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Estes Park and RMNP.We stayed in the Cowboy cabin for four nights. Welcome to the newest 1800 square foot house offered by Pine Haven Resort. I loved how easy and fast it was to get from the cabin to RMNP (3 miles west) and downtown (2 miles east). They also had fire pit areas but we also didn’t partake. We didn’t partake in the hot tub but it looked nice. We also enjoyed the little hiking trail behind cabin 4 up the hill behind Pine Haven. My young kids loved the little playground area and there was also a basketball court, as well. The rest of the cabin property is awesome! Fall River is a great attraction and so great to just sit next to and enjoy. I didn’t see any air conditioning but we didn’t need it with the cool summer days of Estes Park. The bedroom area in Cabin 1 is tight with the bunkbed at the foot of the queen bed but we knew that when we booked it and it was cozy. The check in process was easy and contactless. We never once worried about catching coronavirus from our stay here. Visiting during a pandemic was interesting but we found everything to be very clean and sanitary. I loved the wood finishing everywhere and our cabin was so perfectly decorated! The cabin included everything we could need (plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots, pans, stove, oven, sinks, full fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hair dryer, disinfecting spray, TV with full cable, very fast WIFI internet and more). Wow! Pine Haven was incredible! We just left today and can’t wait to come back! We stayed in the fisherman cabin (Cabin 1) and really enjoyed every minute of it. ![]()
